You can have weed delivered to any private address in New York City from a delivery service associated with a licensed dispensary. To order delivery:

  2. Input your address to confirm you can receive delivery in your area.
  3. Browse the The Travel Agency menu and fill your cart.
  4. Check out.

Cannabis can only be delivered to residential addresses or private businesses. This means that you cannot accept your goodies if you work in a large office building. However, if you work at an address in which only one business is located, you can receive your delivery at work.

The Travel Agency’s delivery service uses Stronghold ACH payments. We use Plaid to securely link your bank account and complete your order with confidence. Rest easy knowing your payment is secure. Your delivery person cannot accept cash.

Is cannabis legal in New York?

Yes, cannabis is legal throughout the Empire State, including in New York City. The Marihuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA) was passed in March 2021, with licensed adult-use dispensaries like The Travel Agency soon to follow.

Although adult-use dispensaries and delivery services are legal in New York, not every delivery service you'll find online is a licensed one. Unlicensed delivery services cannot guarantee product quality or the safety and security of your package.
