Your journey at TheTravel Agency begins with a quick check-in at the door with our Flight Attendant. (Have your ID ready, and take a moment to snap a selfie with our giant joint in the lobby.) Once checked in, you’ll head down a short hallway into an all-white space inspired by Eero Saarinen, the same architect behind the iconic TWA Flight Center in Queens. It’s clear from the first moment that The Travel Agency feels less like a dispensary and more like an adventure.

“The design intention for our new dispensary space is tranquil, cheeky, unexpected, and approachable,” said Arana Hankin-Biggers, President of The Travel Agency. “[Award-winning architecture firm] Leong Leong has designed a surreal sanctuary that allows for a fun escape with a nod to retro-futurism. At The Travel Agency, the boundaries between travel, cannabis, and the human spirit blur, inviting all who enter to transcend the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary.”

As you round the corner into the main cabin, you’ll step into a sea of New York State’s best cannabis products, housed in custom display cases embedded into the walls and in floor displays. The space is softly lit, enveloping the showroom floor with a soothing, ambient glow. Along the checkout counter, a 12-foot custom light installation slowly shifts colors, indicative of the journey ahead.

We welcome all first-class passengers — that’s you — to unwind in our first-of-its-kind NYC Flower Lounge. Check-in for a sensory experience that brings cannabis to life. Visit one of seven vitrines to experience each of the most popular cannabis terpenes. Each station is rounded out with quality cured flower, models of growing cannabis plants, and cannabinoid and terpene education so you can take flight with confidence.

More than half of all proceeds go to The Doe Fund, a non-profit dedicated to supporting formerly incarcerated and unhoused members of our communities.
