Understanding CBG

CBG is not intoxicating on its own like THC. CBG and THC are quite different. THC is the compound responsible for the euphoric “high” associated with cannabis. In contrast, CBG does not induce an intoxicating experience.

Some research suggests that CBG may modulate or tamper with the effects of cannabis. A 2022 study found that CBG could shape the overall experience of THC, potentially enhancing it through what’s known as the entourage effect.

It’s important to note, however, that research on the specific interactions between CBG and THC is an evolving field. Further studies are needed to fully understand the dynamics of their combined effects.
