Once you’ve made it past our security check, a world of cannabis products awaits, as does tailored advice from folks who know the plant well. Here’s what to know before you visit any of our locations.

ID and payment requirements

Be sure to bring a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, to verify that you are 21 years or older. If you’re traveling from outside the U.S., a government-issued ID from your home country is perfectly valid, too. Your ID cannot be expired.

A medical cannabis card is not required to shop at The Travel Agency. We are an adult-use dispensary, so anyone aged 21 or older can buy cannabis here.

Be prepared with payment as well. The Travel Agency only accepts cash and debit cards. There’s an ATM in every store in case you’re short on cash.

What’s the shopping process like at The Travel Agency?

An ID check. The first person you’ll meet at the dispensary is a friendly member of our security team. This person will check your ID and the ID of anyone you’re with. Once they’ve verified your age, you’ll be welcomed into the dispensary.

Products on display. Unlike other stores, you won’t grab the items you want and put them in your basket. Instead, you’ll see featured products in and out of their packaging inside display cases. Browse the items at your own pace, or ask a budtender for help navigating your options.

Ordering. Use one of the many kiosks around the store to add items to your cart. You’ll also be able to scroll the menu in its entirety on a kiosk. A budtender can help you order if you need assistance. Once your order is placed, you’ll get in line to check out.

Paying. Your order is prepared in a back room and brought out to the budtender helping you check out. Once you’re rung up, you’ll pay via debit card or cash. You’ll get your change, your products will get bagged, a receipt will be printed, and you’ll be ready for departure.
